Hyderabad: Bonal procession was taken out from Old city of Hyderabad which ended peacefully. Police had made elaborate arrangements under the stewardship of Ms. Swati Lakra, Addl. Commissioner of Police (Crimes) more than 3000 policemen were deployed in this connection.
The procession started from Akkana Madanna Temple in the old city. It passed through Lal Darwaza, Shah Ali Banda, Charminar, Gulzar Houz and reached Nayapul.
All sensitive points, police pickets were posted & more than 300 CCTV cameras were installed. A large number of women participated in Bonal procession. Rapid Action Forces also conducted flag march.
