Asserting that special status is the only solution for the all-round development of the state, the YSR Congress has demanded to make public the talk between Union Finance Minister and Chief Minister in wake of the state-wide bandh and protests in Parliament on the vital issue.
Speaking to reporters, Botsa said, “TD chief should make public as to what was transpired between him and Union minister Arun Jaitely with regard to SCS to AP. What was the assurance given to the state? The people of the state are eager to know this.”
Bosta questioned as to why the TD chief was not pressurizing the Centre on the issue. He alleged that the TD chief was least bothered about the interests of the state and this was evident from the fact that the TD did not pull out its ministers from the Union Cabinet. (INN)
