Job Summary Deliverables & Key Responsibility:

-Ethically Head the Branch Office & lead all Branch staff

-Constant Recruitment, Training & Development

-Help, assist & guide the Recruitment Team

-To achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly business targets through desired relationship management.

-Facilitate administrative & operational supports

-MIS preparation

-Respect & adhere to the guidelines of the company on all fronts to have appropriate compliances.

-Achieve the given sales targets

-Keen to work in a highly competitive environment

-Should have high network & clean market reputation with a strong desire to grow professionally.

– An SME in End-to-End talent acquisition best-practices, policies and methodologies

– A result oriented, number-driven and inspiring recruiting leader

– Able to handle a team of 40 recruiters

– A people manager who possess excellent people management, conflict resolution, negotiation, risk analysis and change management skills / experience

– An excellent communicator with solid stakeholder management experience who is able to effectively communicate with business unit heads and C level executives

– A passionate recruiter whos recruited candidates at all levels campus recruitment to leadership / executive hiring

– A technology savvy talent acquisition enthusiast who thinks out-of-the-box and hunt for talent not just through conventional resume databases, but also devices ways and means to locate people from social / professional networking sites, online forums / groups and other internet sources

– Able to do market research and surveys about current / upcoming recruiting trends and strategies and comes up with analysis and device recruiting strategies accordingly

– Able to plan, organize and execute end-to-end activities of recruitment / walk-in drives periodically (at multiple cities) and close the open requirements through such cost-effective talent hunting channels

– Strategizing recruiting plans to minimize dependencies on recruitment vendors / consultancies
– Effectively using all available resources and close all open requirements within TAT (Turn-Around-Time) and proposed budget

– SPOC (Single Point Of Contact) and face of talent acquisition team internally and externally

– Excellent knowledge of IT skills and tools in the market both product development and software consulting / services

– Acts as a guide and able to help team with sourcing and screening of resumes, salary negotiation, pre-joining activities and offer letter generation

– Able to suggest process innovations and improvement that results in higher productivity and better

– Excellent prior experience with report preparations (MS Excel) and presentations (MS Power Point)
