‘Bure Din’ instead of ‘Achhe Din’: Rahul Gandhi

Fursatganj: Taking a verbal swipe at Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s ‘Achhe Din’ slogan, Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi on Wednesday said he (Modi) had promised of good days during the 2014 Lok Sabha poll campaign but bad days have come instead.

“Where are Modi ji’s ‘acche din’? He had promised ‘achhe din’ (good days) but ‘bure din’ (bad days) have come instead, Rahul Gandhi told while interacting with the locals.

“Congress is fighting and will continue to fight against the Narendra Modi government,” he added.

Rahul Gandhi will on Wednesday begin his two-day visit to his parliamentary constituency, Amethi.

This will be his first visit to his constituency after he secured bail in the National Herald case. (ANI)
