Key Responsibilities :
Use data and insights derived from data analysis to drive processes improvements so that the company’s business requirements are met
Design experiments across user groups to identify attributes that lead to higher engagement, satisfaction and course completion
Analyze data across assessments (grades, submissions), attendance and user engagement (logins, reading content, watching videos etc) to look for behavioral patterns
Develop models that predict the likely hood of falling behind / dropping out and design interventions to prevent this
Design and improve management dashboards to visualize performance and progress of various batches
Work closely and cross-functionally with program managers, technology and admissions teams to understand business requirements

Bachelors from a premier engineering college such as a top ranked IIT (candidates with quantitative backgrounds such as in mathematics can also be considered)

Prior experience in designing data driven experiments to derive insights about user behavior
Prior experience in leading process improvement efforts that resulted in business impact
Ability to tell a story from data
Excellent project management and communication skills
Academically inclined with deep interest in helping participants learn
Experience with teaching or Ed-Tech a plus
