Washington D.C., Sept. 16: To fulfill her wish of being called a woman legally, Caitlyn Jenner has filed documents to plead the judge, but reality star is afraid of providing the necessary information to the court because of physical threats.
Tabloid media revealed that the documents were filed in L.A. County Superior Court on September 15 and the 65-year-old TV personality has asked the judge for an official name and gender change, reports TMZ.com.
Insiders close to Jenner said that she filed a declaration saying that she has received a lot of support but not everyone is happy with her as she has received threats of physical harm and is scared that if she has to give up personal information it will escalate.
