Car bomb in Syria; Damascus kills 10

A car bomb driven by a suicide bomber exploded in Damascus today near police officer’s club resulting in 10 deaths and lot of material damage.

SANA a news agency reported that the attack took place near the vegetable market in the neighborhood of Masaken Barzeh.

SANA also showed footage of the completely burnt out car and several damaged material.

A multiple bomb attack near the Syeda Zainab shrine killed at least 71 people last month.

Last week, Syrian troops and their allies were able to lift a three-year siege imposed on the Shiite villages of Nubul and Zahra in Aleppo province.
