New Delhi : India’s leading online automobile marketplace, CarDekho announced appointment of Pawan Chawla as Head-Information Technology to handle new initiatives.
A former employee with Yatra.com, Chawla is well-versed with the IT industry.
Having worked for over 15+ years in the field of IT and ITES, Pawan holds in-depth experience of various IT functions such as consultancy, strategy, infrastructure, planning and execution, software application development, maintenance of software projects, management training, defining processes, manpower planning and staffing and management.
He has also been associated with Yatra.com, Bertelsmann Marketing and American Home Mortgage Servicing, heading their IT infrastructure in the past.

Pawan’s appointment comes close on the heels of the recent appointment of ex-Zomato CFO Umesh Hora signalling the company’s efforts to build a strong leadership team. By bringing industry experts onboard, CarDekho is looking to synergize the deep knowledge of their respective verticals into an integrated effort to drive its business goals ahead. (ANI)
