Chandrayangutta attack case: witness identifies weapons & some accused

Hyderabad: Chandrayangutta attack case is continued on day to day basis. A witness recorded his statement in the court and identified the weapons used during the attack and some accused.

38-year-old Fahad bin Mohammed R/O Musa Ram Bagh told that an ACP of Central Crime Station called him on May 12, 2011 and informed about the presence of 3 people in the state. The witness identified Mohammed bin Saleh Wahlan present in the court and also identified a dagger used in the attack. He told that after recording the confession statement police made him sign the copy of the statement.

Police also seized a black mobile phone which was also identified. The witness also identified another accused Afeef bin Younus Yafai. Fahad bin Mohammed identified 4 mobile phones produced by the complainant that were seized by the police. The witness also identified Saif bin Husain Yafai and confirmed seizure of weapons from Omer Dairy Farm.
