Cleaning work in four tanks of Shamsabad started

Hyderabad: Under Kakatiya Mission, the cleaning work of four tanks of Shamsabad Mandal was started yesterday by Mr. T. Prakash Goud, MLA of Rajendar Nagar. Addressing on this occasion, Mr. Prakash Goud told that TRS Govt. is working for the welfare of the people and funds are being granted for various developmental schemes to benefit every section of society. He further told that TRS Govt. proposes to implement Mission Kakatiya in all the Telangana State. Under this program, tanks and kuntas would be cleaned during summer and rainwater would be collected in rainy season to preserve it till the next summer.

He further told that TRS Govt. arranged uninterrupted power supply during summer which no previous Govt. has done. The Govt. is also starting residential schools. He assured that he would negotiate with CM for GO 111 to resolve the issues. Sarpanch of Shamsabad, Mr. R. Sadashiv told that with the issue of GO 111, Shamsabad has gone back 20 years in developmental programs. He told that only after cancelling GO 111, new constructions would be possible which would generate employment. It will resolve unemployment problem of the area. Present on this occasion were Mr. Ch. Dailiah, President of the Mandal, Mr. Satish Reddy, TC Member, Mr. Venkat Reddy, Tehsildar, Mr. Srikant Reddy, MPDEO and other local political leaders.
