New Delhi: It was a cloudy Wednesday morning here with the minimum temperature recorded at 28 degrees Celsius, one notch above the season’s average, the weather office said.
“The sky will be generally cloudy throughout the day. There is possibility of light rain towards the evening,” an official of the India Meteorological Department (IMD) told IANS.
The maximum temperature is likely to hover around 36 degrees Celsius, a notch below the season’s average.
According to the weather office, the humidity at 8.30 a.m. was 74 per cent.
The maximum temperature on Tuesday settled at 37 degrees Celsius, two notches above the season’s average, and the minimum was recorded at 27.4 degrees Celsius, average for this time of the season.
