CM instructs Ministers not to criticize Kodandaram

Hyderabad: CM of Telangana State, Mr. K. Chandrasekhara Rao has instructed TRS Cadre and Ministers to avoid criticism against Prof. Kodandaram, Chairman of Telangana Political Joint Action Committee. It may be noted that Prof. Kodandaram has organized successful movement with the support of all the opposition party for separate Telangana State. Keeping this in mind, KCR instructed TRS cadre and Ministers to refrain from issuing statements against Prof. Kodandaram.

It may be mentioned that Prof. Kodandaram had declared the functioning of TRS rule in Telangana during the past two years dissatisfactory and had said that the people of Telangana did not get any benefit with the formation of separate Telangana State and the TRS Govt. is engaged in protecting the interests of party cadre and contractors. He also told that the struggle for separate Telangana State has always been against influential persons and contractors who looted Telangana in the name of development. The story is being repeated now. TRS Govt. is not functioning to take care of common man. He also highlighted the details of the failures of TRS Govt. during the past two years. The opposition parties who had became weak due to the defections of their party cadre have now gained strength. The opposition leaders who are waiting for their turn to join TRS have also supported Prof. Kodandaram.
