Communist movements will continue till Capitalism ended: CPI

Hyderabad: Telangana State Council of Communist Party of India organized 198th birth anniversary of Communist ideologue Karl Marx at CPI State office Makdhoom Bhavan here on Thursday. On the occasion, Party national council member V Ramanarasimha Rao paid floral tributes to the Marx portrait.

Speaking on the occasion, Ramanarasimha Rao said while Marx had written the Communist Manifesto, Das Capital Books changed the direction of the world. Marx predicted in his books that laborer would stop the atrocities of the capitalists. Due to Marx idealism, revolution succeeded in Russia and China. He said several capitalist idealists stated that Communism will diminish soon after the Soviet Union’s destruction. But once again the Communism revived in several countries across the globe, he said, adding that Communists were strengthened in many countries in Latin America and in Japan. He made it clear that the Communist movements will not be stopped till capitalist system was demolished.

CPI leaders T Venkatramulu, B Ramulu Yadav, B Anjaneyulu, Palle Narasimha, R Sivaramakrishna and others participated in the program. (NSS)
