Congress is likely to receive yet another jolt. Another party member and MLA will be leaving the party to join ruling TRS. Nalgonda MLA and senior leader Komat Reddy Venkat Reddy is likely to join TRS in the first week of June. He is in contact with TRS leadership.
Komat Reddy Venkat Reddy will also attend the Telangana Formation Day function to be held on Parade Ground on June 2. His meeting with Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao is fixed on June 5. He will join TRS before June 10. Speculations are rife that Venkat Reddy’s brother Raj Gopal Reddy will also follow the footsteps of his brother.
