Congress dug its own grave; BJP will be next victim of KCR wooing: Revanth

Telangana TDP working president A Revanth Reddy today observed that the Congress party in Telangana State has doomed on its own mistakes.

Speaking at the TDP workshop at NTR Trust Bhavan here on Wednesday, Revanth Reddy said when TRS chief KCR started luring TDP MLAs and took 15 of them into the TRS, the party has alerted the Congress and asked its leaders to question the actions of KCR. But they kept silent and ignored our warning, Revanth Reddy said.

He also ridiculed the Congress leaders’ comments asking other parties to launch a joint fight against KCR’s “Operation Attraction”. He said now it is the turn of the BJP, which was maintaining silence. KCR would now try to attract BJP leaders, the TDP leader said.

Telangana TDP executive meeting began here to discuss and involve in a future course of action on people’s burning problems, failure of the State government in taking up drought relief work. The meeting was being attended by Telangana party leaders, including State party president L Ramana, Ravula Chandrasekhar Reddy and others. (NSS)
