Stating that the Congress party will give a counter power point presentation to the Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao given in Legislative Assembly on Irrigation projects, on July 23, TPCC Chief N Uttam Kumar Reddy alleged that the TRS government was taking up the projects unscientifically and without details of projects reports (DPR) worth Rs.2 lakh crore at its wish.
Speaking to the media at Gandhi Bhavan along with senior leader Marri Shashidhar Reddy here on Monday, Uttam alleged that the government throwing future generations into debts trap by taking up the projects. KCR taking up Kaleswaram, Palamuru-Rangareddy, Dindi and Water Grid projects as he wished to waste Rs.1.80 lakh crore. He said that he never saw any government which taken up projects blindly to waste public money.
Stating that there was no response from the government though the Congress party addressed several letters to the Chief Minister, Chief Secretary, Irrigation Department secretary and Irrigation Department Chief Engineer in this regard, he said that he will keep all facts in front of the people while explaining KCR’s corruption and irregularities in proposed Congress party power point presentation on July 23.
