Congress leaders lack mutual coordination: Ponguleti

Deputy CLP leader in Legislative Council Ponguleti Sudhakar Reddy on Monday said that there was no proper coordination among the Congress leaders which has pushed the entire party into crisis in Telangana State.

Speaking to media persons in Assembly premises here, Ponguleti said that the Congress party has sharpest minds and were highly capable to counter Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao’s tactics of breaking the opposition parties. However, he said that the Congress leaders have coordination and KCR was taking advantage of the same. He alleged KCR has been trying to weaken the Congress party by purchasing some of its leaders using money and muscle power.

Ponguleti also said that the Chandi Yagnam, proposed to be held by the Chief Minster on December 23, would not benefit the common man in any way. He said KCR has been trying to incite religious feelings by organising the Yagnam. He said instead of concentrating on religious ceremonies, KCR should focus on people’s welfare. He said that the Congress legislators would raise public issues during the forthcoming winter session of Legislative Assembly and Council. (INN)
