Congress leaders pay rich tributes to YSR


Congress leaders of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana States have paid rich tributes to former Chief Minister Dr. Y.S.Rajashekar Reddy on his sixth death anniversary.

APCC and TPCC Presidents Dr. N. Raghuveera Reddy and N. Uttam Kumar Reddy, Leader of Opposition Mohammed Ali Shabbir, TPCC Working President Mallu Bhatti Vikaramarka, Rajya Sabha MPs MA Khan and KVP Ramchander and other leaders paid floral tributes to YSR’s giant portrait at Gandhii Bhavan here on Wednesday. Speaking on the occasion, Uttam Kumar Reddy said that YSR’s welfare schemes have benefitted each and every family in the then unidivided State. He said both the TRS and TDP Governments have either diluted or shelved YSR’s schemes. He demanded that both Telangana and AP Governments all welfare schemes initiated by YSR in the interest of common people. (INN)
