Congress Minority leaders hail Siasat’s 12% reservation movement

A delegation of minority leaders led by President Congress Minority Cell Medak District Mr. Waheeduddin Khan called on news editor Siasat Mr. Amer Ali Khan and made consultation with regard to holding a meeting in Siddipet in favour of 12% Muslim reservations. Messrs Mansoor Ahmed Joint Secretary District Congress Minority Cell, Fayazuddin Chairman Congress minority Cell Siddipet assembly constituency, Syed Akber Ahmed Siddipet town Congress Minority Cell and Riyaz Baig accompanied Mr. Waheed Khan and met Mr. Amer Ali Khan at Siasat office. They congratulated Mr. Amer Ali Khan for running Muslim Reservation Movement and said that Siasat’s movement has created awareness among Muslims and the best part of it was all Muslims gathered on a common platform, sinking their political and sectarian differences, to make the movement a success. The delegation also hailed the other services rendered by Siasat for the community.

They proposed a meeting in Siddipet in favour of Muslim reservation and requested Mr. Amer Ali Khan to attend the meeting. On the occasion Mr. Amer Ali Khan said it is not the movement of Siasat only but is the Movement of All Muslims. He thanked all Muslims, political, religious leaders and representatives of NGOs for their support and hoped that these efforts will not go waste.
