Contaminated water supplied at Zamanistanpur, Machli Market in Musheerabad has posed a serious threat to the health of the residents. Polluted water is being supplied to the houses located at Machli Market for the past one week which has triggered panic among the residents. Despite repeated representations with the officials of Water board the problem has continued.
It must be recalled that seven people had died and over 200 were hospitalized after drinking contaminated water at Bholakpur in Musheerabad in the year 2009. The residents fear such tragedy as their complaints of polluted water go unheeded.
