In a letter addressed to the Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao, CPI lone MLA R Ravindra Kumar Naik urged him to assist the farmers by providing sprinkler and drip irrigation equipments.
He said that thousands of farmers have applied for the drip and sprinklers but the local officials were not releasing the budget for the same. He said that the sprinklers and drip irrigation will help the farmers in drought conditions. (NSS)
