Create two crore jobs, I will accept criticism: Sharad Yadav

Patna, Aug 30 : Janata Dal (United) chief Sharad Yadav on Sunday, challenged Prime Minister Narendra Modi to fulfill his promise of creating two crore jobs in a year.

“Modi has made many promises. He has said a lot of ill things. But, there was this really big promise he made; of providing two crore jobs each year. Which means during his five years in power, he will create 10 crore jobs. If they fulfill this one promise, I will accept all their criticism,” Yadav said.

He also lashed out at the Bharatiya Janata Party for their ‘Jangal Raj’ jibe.

“The BJP called Lalu Yadav’s rule as ‘Jangal Raj’. I want to remind them of their ‘rath yatra’, when they broke the Babri Masjid. Our country has faced massacre only on two occasions. One was during the partition (1947) and the other after the demolition of the Babri Masjid. That was Jungle Raj and not Lalu Yadav’s rule,” Yadav added.

Yadav addressed a huge rally at Patna’s Swabhimaan Rally held by the grand alliance of Congress, Janata Dal (United) and Rashtriya Janata Dal. (ANI)
