Tension prevailed at Uppal Cricket Stadium hereon Wednesday as the cricket fans staged a dharna at Hyderabad Cricket Association (HCA) alleging that the HCA displayed a board ‘Sold Out’ near its office before starting the sale of tickets.
The HCA announced that the ticket sale would start from May 15 for the IPL T20 final match to be held on May 21. But the HCA displayed sold out before starting the sale of tickets. Irate cricket fans, who reached stadium to purchase tickets, staged dharna at HCA office. The cricket fans expressed their anger as there were no HCA officials to ask about the tickets. (NSS)
