Youth brutally murdered in Chaitanyapuri

(Siasat News): A youth was brutally murdered in Chaitanyapuri.

Police sources said that 25-year-old Sheikh Reheem who was working in a shop, residing at New Maruthi Nagar in Chaitanyapuri.

His murder came into light yesterday when his employer reached his house and knocked the door as Raheem was not coming to the shop since January 16. His employer wanted to know the reason behind his absence.

However, when he did not get any response from inside, he grew suspicious as a foul smell was also emanating from the room. He called the police and broke open the door and found the decomposed body of Raheem.

It was also revealed that one other friend of the deceased had visited him one day before the crime and he might be the killer as Raheem was killed with dumbbells

A case has been registered and the manhunt launched against the killer.

TV stolen from autorickshaw

(Siasat News): In bizarre incident a LED TV was stolen from an autorickshaw in Rajendranagar.

The unidentified robbers made their escape by stealing the TV from a stationary auto in broad day light.

Police sources said that 23-year-old Qayam, resident of Rangili Khidki, Yakutpura, was shifting TVs in his auto.

After reaching pillar No. 120, he along with his other companions got down from the auto and went to a fast food centre as they were hungry.

However, when they came back to their auto, they found that a big LED TV was missing from the lot. When they enquired in the locality, they were told that some motorbike borne people had come there collected some items.

Sources said that with the help of CCTV cameras, police had identified the motor bike borne thieves and a manhunt was launched.
