Husband’s harassment led wife to suicide
(Siasat News): A woman who was very upset over the day-to-day harassment and quarrels of her husband, committed suicide.
This incident occurred in Kundkur police limits where Sarupa, 20, took the extreme step. She was the wife of one Sudhakar who was an alcoholic and used to quarrel with his wife and beat her under the influence of alcohol.
When the harassment became unbearable for Sarupa, she took the extreme step of ending her life.
Police has registered a case and further investigations are on.
Two die in train accidents
(Siasat News): Two persons died in two separate train accidents occurred in Nampally railway police limits where one was mowed down by a train while crossing the tracks and the other fell down from the train in suspicious circumstances.
According to the sources of railway police Nampally, the first victim Arab Shah, 55, a labourer and resident of Safdar Nagar, was crossing the railway tracks between Bharat Nagar and Borabanda railway stations when he was hit by a speeding train.
In the second incident 28-year-old Nagraj, a private employee, was travelling in a train.
Police suspect that he might have been travelling by standing near the door and could have lost his balance as he had fallen from the train between Hafizpet and Lingampally railway stations that proved fatal.
Both the cases are registered and further investigations are on.
