Call Centre racket kingpin arrested

(Siasat News): An internationally operated call centre racket’s kingpin is arrested. It is said that Ashaan Pathak of Bahvnagar, Gujarat was arrested by Rein Bazar police in connection with duping the people through international call centre.

Police was in search of the accused since last one year. He had also duped many people In US by saying that he would arrange loans for them and this is how he had duped them to the tune of millions of dollars.

He had hired the services of 14 Hyderabadi youths for his call centre and they are all arrested earlier. Police is shifting Pathak to Hyderabad.

Elder brother set younger brother ablaze

(Siasat News): An elder brother set his own younger brother ablaze in Panjagutta. Police said that the brothers had some disputes over the money they had earned as labourers.

After exchanging heated argument elder brother Ramulu set his younger brother Chinayya on fire in which he was severely burnt.

However, he died last night during the treatment. Police sources further said that the deceased Chinayya, 30 and a labour, was residing in the slums of Saroornagar colony. His elder brother Ramulu was also a labour.

On March 19, the duo had a dispute over the money as Chinayya alleged that Ramulu had misappropriated the money that was given to him as Chinayya’s remuneration.

After the heated argument, Ramulu, in a fit of rage, set his brother on fire. A case has been registered and further investigations are on.

Car caught fire at ORR

(Siasat News): A car caught fire at Tondpally village of Shamshabad that falls on Outer Ring Road (ORR).

As per the details one Kotiah Chowdhury and his son Uttam Chowdhury, residents of Kukatpally, were passing near the Ramoji Film City when their car developed some technical snag. To get it repaired, they were returning to Kukatpally when they noticed smoke emitting from the AC unit of the vehicle.

Seeing this, both of them immediately got off the car. In the meantime, the entire car was engulfed in fire and gutted.

On a tip-off sub-inspector of Shamshabad Mohd. Ahmed Pasha immediately reached the spot and the fire was extinguished by a fire engine.
