Two notorious robbers arrested

(Siasat News): The special team of L B Nagar police has arrested two notorious robbers and recovered stolen gold ornaments from their possession valued at Rs. 45 lakh.

Deputy Commissioner of Police L B Nagar zone Mr. Tafseer Iqbal said one Mir Mustafa Ali, 47, resident of Nawabsaab Kunta, Jahanuma along with his accomplice Sheikh Qayyum, 34, native of Meerut, UP had committed 80 robberies in 19 police station limits in Hyderabad and Cyberabad.

The culprits were interested in leading a luxurious life and especially targeted women and had committed many crimes in a single day.

Their modus operandi was such that after committing the crime, they used to go underground and after selling the stolen goods, they again become active. Police has recovered 1.5 kg stolen gold ornaments.

Later, they were produced in the court and sent to jail.
