Cellphone dispute between siblings led to sister’s suicide
(Siasat News): The cellphone dispute between a sister and her brother led the former to commit suicide. This incident occurred in Miyapur police limits where 15-year-old Ambika ended her life.
The deceased was the daughter of one Chandrakant of Prem Nagar in Hafizpet. Police sources said that Ambika and her brother quarreled over the use of cellphone.
However, their mother reprimanded Ambika and did not say anything to her brother.
A dejected Ambika took the extreme step and hanged herself to death.
Passenger arrested with gold at airport
(Siasat News): The custom officials at RGI Shamshabad arrested a passenger and recovered 250 grams gold from his luggage.
The passenger had arrived from Dubai. However, during the custom check, the officials found the gold and the passenger was interrogated.
When he could not give any satisfactory reply, the gold was seized and the passenger was arrested.
A case has been registered and further investigations are on.
Negligence case against doctor
(Siasat News): L B Nagar police has registered a case of negligence against a BHMS doctor as due to his alleged negligence a patient had lost his life.
Police sources said that one Yadagiri, 27, a cab driver and resident of Nagole, had contacted Dr. Murthy who was running his clinic in the locality.
The doctor gave him two injections and allowed the patient to go home. However, after reaching home, his health worsened and he was taken to another hospital where he died during the treatment.
Following the complaint of the relatives of the deceased, a case has been registered and further investigations are underway.
Girl ends life for delay in marriage alliance
(Siasat News): A girl, who was so upset over the delay in her marriage alliance, took the extreme step and ended her life.
It is said that Roya Rani, 29, was a maidservant and residing at Gowlipura with her father Bharat Kumar.
Police sources said that her parents were trying to get a good life partner for their daughter but due to one or the other reason the marriage alliance was never finalized.
This had put Roya Rani in a state of shock that led her to commit suicide. Further investigations are in progress.
