Kidnapper and rapist arrested

(Siasat News): Amberpet police has arrested a man allegedly involved in the kidnap and rape of a minor girl.

It is said that the accused Mastan, 23, resident of Muradnagar, had kidnapped a 13-year-old girl and took her to an unknown place.

There on the promise of marriage, he repeatedly raped her. The girl was there for two days.

Following the complaint of the parents of the girl, the police came into action and arrested Mastan. Further investigations are on.

Infant fell in water bucket, dies

(Siasat News): An infant accidentally ell in the water bucket and died. This incident occurred in Jeedimetla.

Police sources that the deceased one and half year old Maruthi was the son of one Ramakant. Yesterday, the minor was playing in his house3 whereas his mother was busy washing clothes through washing machine.

In the meantime, during the play the minor reached near a big water bucket and accidentally fell into it.

He was immediately taken out and was admitted in a hospital where he died last night during the treatment. Police is further investigating.

Eve teaser constable arrested

(Siasat News): S R Nagar police has arrested an eve teaser constable. It is said that a constable of 13th battalion of Reserve Police Srinivas has been harassing a girl residing near Gurudwara in Ameerpet.

The girl was very upset over his stalking and two days back lodged a complaint in S R Nagar police station.

Police immediately came into action and Srinivas was arrested and sent to jail.

Youth commits suicide over broken engagement

(Siasat News): A youth, who was very upset over the broken engagement of his with a girl, took the extreme step of ending his life. 22-year-old Shahbaz jumped into Hussain Sagar.

The deceased was the resident of Bahadurpura and has been working as a sari designer. Recently his engagement was called off and he was very upset ever since.

His dead body was fished out from the lake and was shifted to hospital.

This is to be recalled here that despite the deployment of police pickets to minimize the suicide cases, such incidents are increasing day by day.
