Daughter ends life over reprimand

(Siasat News): A girl who was very upset over the reprimand of her mother took the extreme step of ending her life.

This incident occurred in Falaknuma where Sultana, 28, ended her life. The deceased was the daughter of one Sheikh Hussain of jahanuma.

She has been working in a beauty parlour. On the fateful day, a bizarre incident took place as she reached home there was no electricity.

Her mother asked to switch on the battery of her cell phone for light but Sultana said that she had lost her cellphone some two/three days back.

Hearing this, her mother lost her temperament and reprimanded her to be so careless. Sultana was very upset and hanged herself to death.

A case has been registered and further investigations are on.

Man electrocuted to death

(Siasat News): A man electrocuted to death in Balanagar. According to the police Balanagar the deceased Singameshwar, 50, was the resident of Raju Nagar in Balanagar and has been working as a machine operator.

Yesterday, the machine had developed some technical fault and Raju was trying the mend it. During the work, he was accidentally came into contact with some live wire and electrocuted to death.

Balanagar police has registered and further investigations are on.

Commerical Tax Officer arrested

(Siesta News): According to Joint director (City) junior assistant in the office of the commercial tax office (Malakpet Circle), Hyderabad district S Narbari was caught read-handed when he was accepting a bribe of Rs. 2500 from one Laxmi Malleshwari Devi for not harassing her and releasing a vat certificate in her favour in return of the money at Gagan Vihar.

Following the complaint of Laxmi Devi, a trap was laid and after catching him, the chemical test of his fingers was conducted that proved positive.

Junior assistant was arrested and produced before the ACB court, Hyderabad.
