Crispy Cauliflower Pakoda



Gram Flour-1 Cup
Cauliflower- Medium Size
Chili Powder- Pinch
Baking Powder- 1 Teaspoon
Ground Cumin- ½ Teaspoon
Turmeric Powder- ½ Teaspoon
Salt-To Taste
Oil-For Frying


Place the cauliflower pieces in a mixing bowl and add gram flour, baking powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, chili powder, salt and water and make a thick batter.

Dip the florets in the batter and place them in hot oil till they become golden brown in color

Place them on a kitchen paper so that oil get absorbed.

Serve it hot for better taste.
