CS holds review on Harithaharam, single women pension

Chief Secretary SP Singh today directed collectors to prepare plans for Harithaharam for coming season and complete the process of identifying beneficiaries to give pensions to single women from June 2.

At a video conference from Secretariat Singh instructed the Collectors to coordinate with departments for proper maintenance of the nurseries with 2108 micro plan by getting ready with plant material and implement it in a proper manner by deputing senior officials to monitor the nurseries. He also said that the construction works be expedited for collector buildings, residential complexes of MLAs as per schedule by addressing the problems of land acquisition with roads and buildings officials. The collectors were also instructed to complete land identification works and review regularization of Sada Bainamas for the benefit of people. He asked to receive applications in village meetings and municipalities from May 8 to 13, complete scrutiny till May 18 and accept objections from 19 to 21 and display the list of beneficiaries by 22. Data will be uploaded from May 23 to 25 and proceedings and funds will be done from 26 to 29 he said.  A control room will be set up at SERP office and a separate meeting for GHMC area will be conducted, a release said.
