Responsibilities of Customer Relation Engineer / Sales Engineer
Responsible for Sales of Pumps & Spares in the region of Operation
Job involves application oriented sales direct to end users & OEMs.
Segments Waste Water, Food and Beverages, Chemical Pulp and Paper and Oil & Gas
Responsible for generating enquiries based on customer needs and proposing solutions
Acquisition of new customers
working with consultants and contractors to get approvals in vendor lists.
All closure of commercial transactions such as Payment & C-Forms follow up
Customer satisfaction and performance review after installation
Salary:INR 4,00,000 – 6,00,000 P.A

Desired Candidate Profile:
UG: B.Tech/B.E. – Any Specialization
PG:Any Postgraduate – Any Specialization
Doctorate:Doctorate Not Required, Any Doctorate – Any Specialization
Graduate Engineer in Mechanical/Chemical preferred. Engineers from other streams can be considered if combined with relevant experience.
2-6 years of experience in Sales / Marketing in Industrial products with following order of preference
a. Process Pumps
b. Fluid handling products like other pumps, valves, heat exchanges etc.
c. Industrial products
Preference will be given to direct sales experience over dealer sales experience
Should have good presentation skills
Should be sound in entrepreneurial thinking, technical skills and communication skills
Should be capable of working in a matrix organisation structure
Should be willing to travel extensively in the region
