We are looking for Customer Research Analyst who has strong business research skills ability to understand the business problem and its solution to provide a research plan, identify & synthesize data/information and drive relevant insights using NodeMax’s internal data sources as well as publicly available information.
The ideal person shall be one who has the ability to demonstrate thought leadership in understanding changing/complex business problems and driving research solutions around the same. He/she should have very strong skills around story-boarding and making PowerPoint presentations and should demonstrate creativity and solution oriented mindset when faced with complex or unstructured research requests.

Serve as a primary resource and responsible for the researching and prospecting of potential clients.
Should be able to understand the task at hand and create the research design and the data collection route.
Plan the data acquisition in accordance to the Target Group profile and plan the data collection to meet the deadlines.
Analysis of the data collected and produce insightful reports and present the final outputs of projects.
Maintain and report with required supporting documentation to the research lead/manager during, and at the end of the report submission.
Research on identifying consulting opportunities by analyzing the shortlisted / target companies business needs, challenges and opportunities.
Liaise with the research lead/manager with respect to giving insights to create differential brand and marketing collateral whenever required.
Strong communications skills to present ideas, thoughts and build relationship & handle expectations working with senior stakeholders.

What you need to Suit Up
At least 6 months of professional experience as a Customer Research Analyst
Must have excellent command of written and verbal English and an eye for detail
Must have excellent browsing skills and exposure of working in research domain
Should be self- motivated and dedicated to their work
Proficient in using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to think and work independently and coordinate with work streams across multiple teams
Strong analytical and customer service skills with positive attitude
Enthusiastic, motivated, positive, “CAN DO” attitude, Results focused
