– Hardware, Desktop & Laptops
– Printer & Scanner
– Operating System Windows XP to latest version

* Handling active directory for creating & deleting users
* Handling Blackberry, Android & I-Phone for basic Email trouble shooting
* Troubleshooting all network and application issues
