Cyberabad IT Corridor Comes under CC Cameras Surveillance

Cyberabad Police Commissioner CV Anand has revealed that the Cyberabad IT corridor has come under CC Cameras surveillance. According to him, the police department installed 150 CC Cameras in 150 square kilometers limits. Speaking on the occasion, Anand said that DNNAC firm has provided 85 cameras with Rs.5.5crore and Cyberabad Security Council provided 65 cameras with Rs.2.9 crore.

 

He said that several Community CC Cameras will be installed in future and informed that the CC Cameras will be monitored through Command Control Centre. The CC Cameras were helping the police department to catch several criminals, he added.

On this occasion, Chief Secretary Rajeev Sharma, Finance Department principal secretary Ramakrishna Rao launched Command Control Centre, Crime Data Analysis Centre and CC Cameras. Several officials and owners of the IT Companies attended the meeting. (NSS)
