Dattatraya wants MMTS extended upto Yadadri

Senior BJP leader and Union minister Bandaru Dattatreya has urged Railway Minister Suresh Prabhu to extend the MMTS train up to the holy Yadadri (Yadagirigutta) in Nalgonda district.
Speaking to the media after calling on Railway Minister, Dattatreya requested him to expand MMTS train from Secunderabad to Ghatkesar-Bhongir-Yadadri. He also urged him to release Rs 200 crore for second phase of MMTS. The other issues discussed with the Railway Minister are: Development of Kazipet into a new division; development of Medak-Akkannapet rail project jointly by the State and Center; a new railway line between Mirjapalli-Medak; introduction of a bullet train from Hyderabad to Delhi, electrification of third line between Secunderabad-Kazipet and new railway terminals at Moulali and Serlingampally.
