New Delhi, Aug 8 : Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on Saturday said the people of Bihar who are living outside their native state, have created a place for themselves, and the ‘ Delhi Chapter’ of the Bihar Foundation will facilitate them to contribute to the progress of Bihar.

Speaking at the launch of the chapter here at Sri Ram Centre Auditorium in Mandi House, he said, “The aim of Bihar Foundation was to connect all the Bihar citizens who are living outside Bihar, whether in India or abroad, among themselves as well as with their native state. Secondly it was created to facilitate the people of Bihar who have done a lot of hard work outside their home state and have created a name for themselves on account of their talent. Basically, the Bihar foundation has been created in order to connect the Bihari diaspora with their native state and to facilitate them if they want to do anything for Bihar.”
