Hyderabad: Many patients suffering from Dengue have been identified in Hyderabad City. In various localities of the city, old aged persons also got affected by Dengue in addition to young children and youths.
Although it is an epidemic, GHMC and city administration have not come into action. Many patients who are admitted in the hospitals have been identified as suffering from Dengue but official sources did not admit it.
It is reported that due to the recent rains and stagnation of water, mosquitoes have increased. GHMC officials appealed to the people to maintain cleanliness in order to check the spread of this disease.
