Mumbai: Limited overs skipper M S Dhoni will launch the trailer of his upcoming biopic “MS Dhoni: The Untold Story” across three cities and will interact with fans.
The trailer will be first launched in Jalandhar, tomorrow, post which he and the film’s team will travel to Delhi and release the trailer the same day.
The Mumbai launch has been scheduled for August 11.
In Jalandhar, Dhoni would be seen visiting Lovely Professional University and unveil the trailer to a crowd of 35,000 fans.
“We are very excited to launch the trailer of “MS Dhoni – The Untold Story” first in Jalandhar. It will be one of the biggest launches in the presence of an audience of more than 35,000 people,” director Neeraj Pandey said in a statement.
Dhoni has set out two days to launch the trailer, and will be interacting with his fans extensively throughout his three-city tour.
Helmed by Pandey, produced by Arun Pandey and Fox Star studios, the film stars Sushant Singh Rajput playing the Indian cricketer.
The film is scheduled to release on September 30.
