Disgruntled MIM workers in UP hurl criticism at Asad Owaisi, quit

Hyderabad: A video clip showing persons, who claim that they were MIM workers and leaders, saying that they have resigned from the party has gone viral on WhatsApp. Disgruntled with the party after its debacle in the recent Assembly elections, some workers are believed to have resigned soon after Yogi Adityanath Yogi was sworn in as the Chief Minister of the state.

However, the MIM leadership in Hyderabad rebutted the claim and said none of the party’s workers have resigned from the party and the party base is intact in UP.

As reported by Deccan Chronicle, the said video shows displeased leaders and workers who accuse MIM president Asaduddin Owaisi of indulging in anti-national agenda during his election campaign and misguiding.

Owaisi is also blamed for diverting the youth from growth. Claiming that the Hindu-Muslim unity is the only way to develop the nation, they accused MIM of trying to divide the two communities not only in UP, but also in other states.

They also rued of lack of discipline in the MIM.
