Jammu: A day after a 13-yr-old Paramjeet Thapa, was killed in an accident after being hit by a VVIP car, Bolero with a blue beacon, escort vehicle of the Police Superintendent of Jammu, its driver Havildar Dilbagh Singh has been arrested by the Jammu and Kashmir Police.
The J&K police have arrested the driver and seized the Bolero car.
According to the CCTV footage that captured the incident, the boy who was on his way to a nearby shop to buy curd on his bicycle was carelessly hit by the car, which killed him.

The boy after being carelessly run down by the car, laid there until his father arrived the accident spot. He was later taken for post-mortem by his father.
Purshotham Thapa the deceased father said “Whoever did this should have stopped and taken my boy to the hospital for humanity’s sake”, Times Now reported.
