Dry weather likely in State this week

Based on the Weather Model run at TSDPS of Planning Department and other available numerical guidance from National Centers (IMD and other centers), it indicates that, the weather over Telangana State is expected to be mainly dry during the next one week. It is also expected that, with the prevailing northeasterly to easterly winds over Telangana State, the minimum temperature will fall to below normal (-2 0 C to -3 0 C) at most of the places of Telangana State, which will be in the range of 9 0 C to 13 0 C, while there will be no significant change in the maximum temperature, which will be in the range of 28 0 C to 32 0 C.

 

From January 21 to 27, fifteen districts- Hyderabad, Medchal-Malkajgiri, Mahabubnagar, Wanaparthy, Nagarkurnool, Jogulamba-Gadwal, Nalgonda, Yadadri-Bhongiri, Suryapet, Warangal (U), Warangal (R), Jangaon, Mahabubabad, Khammam, Bhadradri-Kothagudem would record below normal temperature (-2 0 C to -3 0 C) over most places of these Districts, which will be in the range of 10 0 C to 14 0 C.

In the same period, other 16 districts Adilabad, Komrambhem- Asifabab, Nirmal, Nizamabad, Kamareddy, Karimnagar, Rajanna-Sircilla, Peddapalle, Jagtial, Mancherial, Medak, Siddipet, Vikarabad, Rangareddy, Sangareddy, Jayashankar-Bhupalpally would record Minimum temperature expected to be below normal (-3 0 C to -4 0 C) over most places of these Districts, which will be in the range of 08 0 C to 12 0 C.
