Hyderabad: Mr. Ahsan Abid, IAS, Dean, School of Education, Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai told that ever since man came into this world, he has been entrusted with various responsibilities. One of them is to increase his progeny. He is engaged in searching better matrimonial alliances for him. Islam has prescribed a code of conduct for selecting the brides. Despite this, Muslim community is violating the principles of Quran and Hadith. If the Muslims decide to lead their lives in the light of Quran and Hadith, they will be successful in this world and the world hereafter.
These thoughts were expressed by Mr. Mohammed Ahsan Abid while addressing a gathering of Du-ba-Du (Face-to-Face) Matrimonial Alliance program organized by Minorities Development Forum of Siasat Urdu Daily at SA Imperial Garden, Tolichowki yesterday. Mr. Mohammed Abdul Qadeer, Acting President of MDF welcomed the gathering. Mr. Zaheeruddin Ali Khan, Managing Editor of Siasat Urdu Daily presided over the function.
Registration of the candidates started at 10 a.m. Dr. Nazim Ali and other guided the parents and guardians. Mr. Shahid conducted the program and proposed vote of thanks.
