Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao has reportedly decided to cancel the EAMCET-2 exams following the leakage of question paper.
The decision was taken after DGP Anurag Sharma submitted a report confirming leakage of question paper which revolved around Rs. 100 crore transaction benefiting nearly 100 students. Subsequently, the State Government has decided to re-conduct EAMCET in the month of August. Besides giving fee exemption, the candidates might be extended financial assistance for coaching. A detailed announcement in this regard is likely to be made on Monday. (INN)
