Hyderabad: Public hearing for reservations to Muslims is in progress at the office of BCs Commission. It is necessary for the Muslims to make effective representations before BCs Commission for reservations. Mr. Farooq Hussain, TRS MLC appealed to the Muslims of Telangana to make their representations either in persons or through their organizations before 17th December. He also requested the Imams of Masajids to appeal to the Muslims for making representations to BCs Commission. He further told that all the Muslim organization should treat this as an obligation towards community and present their representations to the BCs Commission.
He further told that opponents of reservation for Muslims are approaching BCs Commission in an organized manner. It is therefore essential for Muslims to make their representations in an effective manner. He applauded the efforts of Siasat Urdu Daily which helped create awareness among the Muslims. He also mentioned that it is more important to approach BCs Commission than standing in queues in banks. He made a fervent appeal to Muslim organizations to come forward to make representations.
