Engineer Imran to exhibit portraits of 170 Muslim freedom fighters

It is imperative to make the new generation aware of the real history of India, justice-loving attitude and courage of Muslim rulers and the sacrifices made by the Muslim freedom fighters. If we ask children about Muslim freedom fighters they can’t name them except a few like Maulana Abul Kalam Azad and Maulana Mohammed Ali Jauhar. This is not their fault but it’s our mistake that we didn’t introduce Muslim freedom fighters to them. Muslim freedom fighters are deliberately ignored on government and private level.

However there are a few youth in the society who have an urge to familiarize Muslim freedom fighters in the society. One among them is M A Imran of Riyasat Nagar, old city. He is Special System Design Engineer by occupation. Imran has a multi-facet personality. He has always been in the forefront of social service. He wants to make the new generation aware of the achievements of Muslim freedom fighters. He has prepared portraits (monogram photo sketches) of nearly 170 Muslim freedom fighters. He met Siasat editor Mr. Zahed Ali Khan and apprised latter of his community services. He wished to host an exhibition of his portraits with the support of Siasat Daily in August.
