We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join our new Employee Resources team located in Hyderabad. The Employee Resource Center – ERC Specialist in Hyderabad will work closely with the ERC team in the US to provide a variety of HR services to North American Employees.
We have an immediate need for dedicated professionals to join our ERC.
People Soft – HRMS data management and support HR processes for North America regions
Operational knowledge of final pay requirements in US for terminations or prior experience in terminations processing for US
Responding timely and accurately to inquiries regarding policies and programs including benefits, attendance, job transfer, payroll deductions, etc.
Respond to document requests including termination agreements, employment verification/visa letters, and reporting requests from HR and Finance
Ensure the Service level are achieved at all times for HRS processes
Innovative with a commitment to change and process improvement applying KAIZEN and LEAN methodologies
Integrity and discretion in dealing with sensitive information and ensure data privacy at all times
Track ,measure and report Service Level Commitment-SLC metrics at different intervals to ascertain the process performance health and identify improvement areas
Build process maturity and provide value add to the customers through productivity and cost gains
