Hyderabad: Congress leader and Ex-Corporator Mohammed Ghouse who was arrested last week in four year old Bhagyalaxmi and other cases granted bail today on two sureties of Rs.5000/- each.
Earlier the advocate of Mohammed Ghouse, Mr. Mohammed Muzafferullah Khan apprised the court about the unilateral action taken by Special Investigation Team and told that the case which was closed down due to non-availability of evidence has been reopened and his client has been arrested illegally. Bail petition will be filed today in sessions court.
Ghouse is expected to be released tonight.
