JOB DESCRIPTION:
Prior experience of the overall process of AR Cash applications, AR Billing, AR Customer Master Data, AR Collection ,AR Credit Analyst.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Downloading bank statement
Review remittance advices, and apply receipts against open invoices of customers
Prepare batch, log and apply and apply payments to customers invoices
Research and resolve payments with customer and/or internal stake holders, for the ones which cannot be matched
Process Non-AR cash payments based on standard GL codes
Work on refund and credit balances on the customers account
Daily reconciliation with cash applied and bank statements
Reporting on total postings on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
Proactive, flexible with shifts, active and focused
